This is the first time I've taken a rifle course, but I have previously taken a handgun and shotgun course.
I took this course because I wanted to be more familiar with my gun. I wanted to learn to use it safely and effectively.
I enjoyed this course so much that I'm already looking forward to going back. I enjoyed meeting people from different states, the staff was awesome and course itself was FUN.
I love the shoot house. It was one of the things I like the best.
Tips I would suggest for first time students would be make sure you are prepared. Make sure you pack the right clothing (it was raining in a 40degree weather during our first day), and just have fun. Don't stress too much or you will make yourself miserable :) pay attention to the instructions! Make new friends
To improve on this course I'm planning on practicing with dry practice and going to the range
Yes I would definitely suggest this course to other people. In facts, I've already made suggestions and recommendations to my peers
We drove to Front Sight from San Diego
We stayed at Saddle West
My boyfriend went with me and he feels the same way. He loved it!
For lunch, we bought our food the first 2 days at the food truck. Last 2 days we brought our own lunch
Dinner suggestions: Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse, Mamas Kitchen, Sonic.
In the future, I'm planning on taking the 4 day hand gun, the skill builder for shotgun and rifle.
